Everyone’s number one question is about pricing.

For over 10 years we’ve based our pricing on what it takes for our clients to receive the best value and best service for their dollar from a cleaning service. We employ hardworking and trustworthy employees. We make sure our employees are paid a fair wage and Clean It Up maintains profitability.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we carry full liability, workers compensation, as well as bonding insurance. We would be more than happy to send you a certificate of insurance.

How do I make payment for the cleaning service?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, check, or cash. Most clients for whom we clean on a regular basis have their credit card automatically charged after each cleaning.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

No, it is your choice. Some clients leave us a key that we keep in a lock box. The team leader obtains the keys in the morning and returns it in the afternoon. Other people choose to leave a key in a safe spot, some have caretakers let us in, while others wait for us to arrive, then leave and we lock up when we are finished. The best and most efficient way is for us to have a key and entry codes. We have insurance and our employee’s are bonded, so our clients are assured that we are responsible and have trustworthy employees.

Do you reward for referrals?

Oh, yes! That’s our best form of advertising. For every new regular client you send to us, you will receive a $50.00 credit towards your next cleaning. A regular client is someone who signs on for cleaning at least once a month.

Do your employees speak English?

Yes, our cleaners work in a team of two and one employee will be able to communicate in English. If you prefer, you can always contact the office to express your needs and we will communicate directly with the employee.

Are employees legal resident or workers of the United States?

Yes, we require all new employees to complete form I-9, the employment eligibility verification form and provide necessary employment eligibility documentation before starting work. You can be assured that all appropriate taxes are paid as well as any necessary documentation is completed by Clean It Up.

Will I have the same cleaning crew each time?

If you have a weekly cleaning schedule or a cleaning every two weeks, we make every effort to have the same crew clean each time. However there may be a change every now and then due to an employee’s illness, vacation, or other reason. It is our team leader’s responsibility to learn your home and to explain to the other team member how to make sure you receive the best cleaning each and every time. For clients that have cleanings other than weekly or every other week, we do our best to have at least one team member that knows your home come to clean each time.

How do I get a quote for cleaning my home?

You have a couple options. You can fill out the quote form listed under QUOTES from the home page, give us a call, or if you prefer, email us a note listing your preferences.

What if I have special request for the cleaners?

We prefer that you contact the office with any request, so we can make sure the schedule allows for the appropriate amount of time to clean all of our clients’ homes at their scheduled time.

What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning appointment at the last minute?

If possible we like at least a 24 - 48 hours or more notice, so we can make the appropriate changes to our scheduling. We understand that emergencies do arise; just let us know as soon as possible of any changes.

How about washing linens and towels, doing the dishes, or picking up clutter–are those included with my cleanings?

We customize each cleaning to meet the client’s needs. In your initial quotation, if you requested that specific items be completed during cleanings, they will be included in each cleaning. If something additional arises that you would like cleaned each time, contact the office and the appropriate adjustments will be made.

Should I tip my cleaning crew?

Tipping is not required nor is it expected. Employees realize that any tips they receive are recognition for their outstanding service.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We do. Our teams arrive at your home with all the necessary and environmentally safe cleaning supplies they need to make your home neat and clean each and every time.

Do you use hypoallergenic or green cleaning products?

Our vacuums are triple filtered to remove even the smallest particles of dust and allergens in your home. As for green cleaning, the cleaning industry is currently debating on how to mix green interest with sanitizing for antimicrobial effectiveness. We use green seal and certified cleaning chemicals and want to make sure we clean your home with the safest and most effective cleaning supplies available to us.

What if I have pets?

Pets are not a problem. We ask that your pets are properly contained when we clean your home.

What if I’m not happy with the service I receive?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our cleaning service. If you are unhappy with the service or we have miscommunicated our service to you, we want to know about it. We will return as soon as possible to correct any deficiencies and document your concerns in our files to make sure it does not happen again. At the same token if you are completely satisfied with your service, we like to know this also so we can commend the cleaning crew for a job well done.
